Good morning everyone,
As we are sure you’re all aware, Governor Charlie Baker announced that as of Tuesday, March 24th at noon, all non-essential Massachusetts businesses and organizations were to close their doors to the public in an effort to drastically slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We have fortunately been deemed by the Baker-Polito Administration to be an essential business, and will remain open and operating during our normal business hours as well as our after hour emergency service. MacCo Services plays a critical role in keeping our citizens safe in their homes by performing necessary maintenance on home plumbing and heating systems. We would like to assure our customers that our Service Department remains dedicated to providing crucial maintenance and emergency services. We are taking significant precautions and safety measures to ensure that our customers, as well as our staff, are protected.
We do ask that if you or a family member are experiencing any upper-respiratory symptoms, or may have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, that our company is made aware prior to us entering your home. We are adhering to strict respiratory and hand hygiene guidelines to protect ourselves and those around us. We have also implemented social distancing at all times, including during customer interactions, and ask that our customers do the same. If an employee experiences symptoms or is exposed to someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, they are instructed to stay home and quarantine for a period of 14 days.
We are devoted to our responsibility of providing you with essential plumbing and heating services as safely and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your continued trust in MacCo Services throughout this challenging time. Please feel free to reach out to us at (978) 663-9530.
Thank you,
MacCo Services
